Free Meals, Showers, and Support — Every Day in Orlando

If you need a hot meal, a shower, clean clothes, or a place to receive your mail, you can get it here. Christian Service Center's day center is open seven days a week in the Parramore neighborhood near downtown Orlando. You do not need an appointment. You do not need to explain yourself. Just come.

Our day center serves people who are experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis. Everything listed on this page is free. We are here because everyone deserves a safe place to reset and keep going.

Everything Available at Our Day Center

Daily Bread is our free meal program. We serve lunch and dinner seven days a week — 150 people at lunch and 150 people at dinner. That is more than 2,000 meals every week, every month, all year. You do not need an ID or a referral to eat. Come as you are.

When you visit our Parramore campus, you have access to all of the following at no cost:

  • Hot meals (lunch and dinner, 7 days a week through Daily Bread)
  • Emergency food pantry for take-home groceries
  • Restrooms and showers
  • Laundry facilities (renovation in progress; expanded access coming by end of 2026)
  • Clothing and hygiene closet
  • Personal item storage
  • Device charging stations
  • Computer lab with internet access
  • Mail services for people without a permanent address

If you are not sure what you need or where to start, our staff can help you figure that out.

A Place to Receive Your Mail

Not having a home address makes almost everything harder — job applications, benefits, medical appointments, legal mail. Our mail services give you a place to receive important correspondence even when you do not have a permanent address.

About 500 people use our mail services every day. If you need a reliable address to receive mail in Orlando, you can register here and start receiving letters and packages at our Parramore location.

Frequently Asked Questions About How We Help

  • Do I need an ID to get a meal or use the day center?

No. You do not need an ID to eat at Daily Bread or to use most day center services. Just come to the front entrance and our staff will help you get started.
  • Is there a faith requirement to receive services?

No. Christian Service Center is faith-based, but our services are open to everyone. You do not need to share our beliefs or participate in any religious activity to receive help.
  • Can I store my belongings at the day center?

Yes. We offer personal item storage so you can keep your things safe while you use other services on campus or take care of business nearby.
  • How do I sign up for mail services?

Visit the day center in person and ask a staff member to help you register for mail services. Once registered, you can receive letters and packages at our Parramore address.
  • What is the food pantry and how is it different from Daily Bread?

Daily Bread is our hot meal program — lunch and dinner served on-site every day. The emergency food pantry provides take-home groceries for people and families who need food to prepare at home. Both are free and available to anyone in need.
