FAMILY & EMERGENCY SERVICES (FES)​

Our flagship program, Family & Emergency Services (FES) provides immediate emergency assistance and relief to families and individuals who are faced with an unexpected financial crisis. The primary goal of FES is to help families maintain their residence and prevent them from being forced into homelessness.

 

At the onset of an emergency, we are available to offer direct, immediate assistance in the form of food, clothing, rent/mortgage assistance, utility assistance or other services that meet immediate, pressing needs. FES works with individuals in a comfortable case-by-case basis to help develop a sustainable action plan aimed at improving the long-term situation of families and individuals.

 

In need or facing a crisis? Please call 407.425.2523 Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-4:00 pm or Friday 9:00 am-12:00 pm if you have questions or need assistance, or walk-ins are welcome during office hours.
