Warming Kitchen, Intake Center Build-Outs and Parking Lot Upgrade - Accepting Bids until Tuesday, March 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (ET)

Christian Service Center (CSC) intends to renovate the interior of their facilities located at 808 West Central Blvd. and make upgrades to the existing Parking Lot. The renovated facility at 808 West Central Blvd. will house a new Warming Kitchen and an Intake Center. The Warming Kitchen will house new mobile food warming cabinets, refrigerators, sinks, stainless steel tables, and storage shelving. The Intake Center will serve to process new clients and will consist of new finishes, cabinetry and storage facilities. The Parking Lot Upgrades will include paving, grading, curbing, striping, signage, and irrigation/landscaping.
