We are excited to welcome and partner with First Step Staffing at our Downtown Orlando campus. Based out of Atlanta, First Step’s goal is to provide economic opportunity and a path to self-sufficiency through immediate job placement (and transportation!) for those otherwise locked out of the employment system, including those experiencing or who have recently experienced homelessness, individuals who have been previously incarcerated, and military veterans.
Reliable transportation is a huge obstacle to holding a job when you don’t have a vehicle. First Step Staffing not only puts men and women back to work, they provide rides to and from work through their transportation program with services like Enterprise and Uber. First Step Staffing's rapid job placement and transportation to/from work creates a new track for adults visiting our campus who want to get off of the cycle of homelessness!
